I was on the fence about renewing with diesel laptops Texa. It costs $1600 dollars for the renewal and I needed it for one reason and one reason only: to do a turbo relearn on an Isuzu box truck. I explained that to the salesman and he assured me that the software would perform that function. I spend endless hours with techs only to find out that it does not perform that function. And then they refused a refund.

SCAM! Tells you lifetime licenses then refuses to help when your license goes out unless you pony up 3k. Happened on both laptops I purchased from them!

I started looking at diesel laptops since they bought out the software I was using (PF diagnose), and have had absolutely no support from them. I've since downloaded some of their free programs and found them to be extremely buggy and problematic. Given the support I received I've never spent any actual money there, and by the reviews I see here I'm glad I didn't. I did try and leave some reviews on their own website hoping maybe it would catch some attention only to find the link they send to confirm the review doesn't have a functional confirm button. Typical of this company, stay away from this company at all costs.

Diesel Laptops, LLC (diesellaptops.com) should be completely shut down. diesellaptops.com (Diesel Laptops, LLC) scammed me out of $12,998. The laptops I purchased (2 different kits) are complete junk with rhino liner sprayed on them, and they were supposed to be new, but they are both extremely used. One of the laptops only worked from May to June and then stopped working, I purchased their so-called diesel care (warranty) for both laptop kits but when I tried to get my laptop fixed which was well under warranty, they did nothing to remedy the problem. Instead, they harassed me and tried to intimidate and did not fix my laptop at all. The software I bought was only used a few times cause when the laptop stopped working the software was on that laptop (they promised to send me a flash drive with the software on it that I purchased but again they turned out to be nothing but scammers and liars) and when I tried to put it over on another computer they had called that company which is cojali jaltest and had them lock up my jaltest link and my software. which is absolutely illegal, but they do all kinds of illegal things to steal your hard-earned money, like u buy new laptop and they send u a old beat-up laptop that's over 15yrs old that one of their sales techs used. Diesel Laptops are scammers, liars, and thieves.
