    Very high priced and they don't guarantee their work at all. Paid over $800 to have a drain snaked out, faucet washers replaced, and new toilet tank kit. Water still not draining. Called them and they DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK, even though it was less than 48 hours later. When my landlord called them on my behalf, the owner, Anthony, began cursing at her. She tried to get a detailed invoice, and they refused to give her one. She is now blocked from calling them, and her emails go to Spam. Worst plumbing service I have ever used, I will now have to take them to Small Claims Court.

    The complaint person was given discounts of nearly 400.00, forgot to say in her complaint that we were called back for the same drain that was earlier approved by the land lord, it was full of dead roaches 20 to 30 and hair and other materials where she was forced to clean the entire apartment before she moved out. Her leak did nearly 7 thousand dollars in damage to the unit below hers, which she does not have to pay for. Our company helped her with her renters insurance claim by speaking directly with the adjuster who stated her claim would be paid. As is usually the case with some tenants no good deed goes unpunished.
