Just for background and context. I am a disabled vet who operates on a tight budget because I take care of a lot of people. I expect professionalism, respect, and honesty. I usually only take the time to express my displeasure with something and that is wrong. Let me start by saying that I had no previous knowledge of Islands A Ton Roofing until they answered my request for a quote through the BBB...
With that being said, where I love the name of this company, it could just as well be named Islands A Ton of Professionalism, Respect, Honesty, and Expertise. They reached out shortly after I placed my call for help. Chris showed up to a difficult situation, my elderly Mother's house and a roof that had been well past serviceability and had failed. He did a detailed inspection and analysis, and developed different paths forward. He wasn't trying to "sell" me, he was trying to take care of the problems, avoid future ones, and meet my needs all together. His rapport was impeccable (my Mother loved him and she generally doesn't like anybody LOL). His expertise and analysis withstood my "Monday morning quarterbacking" of the options and his recommendations. In summary, I feel comfortable calling Islands A Ton Roofing a reputable company that you can trust during a time of roofing needs. I will keep everyone updated on the progress.
