      Pleasant landscapes was paid a $700 deposit to install French drains to the road. They came, busted out water pipe, and installed a drain halfway to the road. We called, and they added a pipe to the road. The first rain came, and the drains did not drain at all. They overflowed water. We called back asking for help with fixing the drains and no solution was provided. Unauthorized, pleasant landscapes charged our card annother $700, and marked the job done, and refuse to finish the job. I’ve called and emailed an excess of times.

      I had work completed approximately 7 months ago by this company. While they were preparing my yard for turf to be put in the project came to a stop as the turf did not come therefore we were put on hold, I only requested they do not restart the job end of July as my wife and I were going to be on vacation, I was assured they would not come back to work until we were back. Upon returning from vacation we found the workers had returned while we were away. The workers tore out my drip line that was attached to my irrigation system as and my irrigation wasn’t working correctly. The workers at no time were supposed to touch the irrigation system nor be at our home without us there. The turf they installed had a hump in it which was not attached correctly. I sent pictures to the company emailed the company and made a call to them. The owner returned my call and assured me she would send someone over to look and make corrections and I wouldn’t be charged. Owner sent over a supervisor to my house who was shocked the mess my yard was in and he couldn’t figure out why the workers would take out the drip line. I was told by the owner, and her workers I would not be charged for the company errors. I was then billed over 500 dollars as well the company without my permission charged my credit card without my knowledge. I had to put a stop on the payment and they tried charging my card again without my permission. Pleasant was paid in full for all there completed agreed work. I should not be charged over 500 dollars for mistakes the company made and I was promised I would not be paying. The company probably should be charge criminally for trying to charge my credit card without my permission and after being told not to charge my card.

      We contracted with this company for landscaping work. Part of the scope of work identified in the contract were five three gallon mock orange plants. After months of waiting, the company suggested we we switch to pineapple guava for availability reasons. We agreed to this. They planted boxthorns. Despite a number of attempts to get this rectified, the latest communication stated that since the boxthorns (that we never agreed to) were not unhealthy, they could not replace them without further charge.

      We have no problem paying for the work they did complete, but are seeking a refund of the approximately $350 in plant and labor charges for the plants that we were never provided.

      This business sent two workers ti plant 70 Japanese Yews and showed up and one employee was very sick and did even plant one plant out if 70 plants that were suppose to be planted along with yard topsoil. I have text apologizing to me that the employee was sick and couldn't complete or even begin
      The services. That were agreed upon. The worker also was told by the employer that they couldn't eat lunch and I fed them something. One was very sick so I asked them to leave as I feared Covid . I am getting threatening invoices for the invoice and do not owe this business anything as the work was not even started and not completed. This company has numerous complaints as same on ******** app. This type of business practice is discerning and they shoukd be reprimanded.
