    "Sam The Concrete Man" in Charleston, did a landscaping job for my neighbor. The company poorly handled concrete and had the concrete splatter on my garage, I have contacted the business and had the owner ***** ******* come out to my house to remove the concrete from the siding of my garage. He attempted to rectify the situation by pulling out his car keys to scrape the siding of my garage only scraping little bits and pieces before he left and has not contacted me since. I need this business to send someone to power wash or clean the one (1) side of my garage to clean all of the concrete that is left from the concrete splatter and the work that was done by this company. I am asking this company to rectify this situation by cleaning and leaving the side of my garage that way it was before they did their job.

    The pictures attached are for accountability purposes and to show how this company left the side of my garage. I had to wipe the white powder residue after a professional power washing sprayed the side of the garage. The dark gray hardened concrete are still present at this time.

    We have gone out to the house to clean the splatter multiple times. There is no more concrete reside visible and we have done everything we can to rectify this situation with the customer.
