    Charged for an extra room that was not used. I spoke with management on 2/23/2025 and was told a refund would be submitted to the owner Mr ****** I have been in constant contact with Quality Inn in ************ with no luck. It's a different excuse every time as to Mr ***** being available to speak with me. ***(manager) took the key from me and verified the room had not been used. He said," Mr. ***** was supposed to take the key back instead of giving it to me". He could have rented the room to customers that were turned away. I have called to speak with *** and he was emailed by the confirmation department for Quality Inn to contact me. In which as of this date he still has not. I want my refund that was promised to me and I think 2 months is way too long to keep playing games.

    Went on weekend with my nine year old
    To a family reunion In South Carolina. I use quality inn, comfort inn and that brand of all hotels whenever I travel. When booking this room is says NEWER room and I felt comfortable dispute the reviews. This room had a horrible odor, none flushing tiolet, clog tub , stained carpet and to many things to mention. I felt unsafe as the room was obviously broken into at some point due to door agitated locks! This was all to disturbing and I didn't want to upset my family who all stayed in neighboring brand hotels so I and my daughter pretty much slept in the car and left our things in the room and showered in the room. This has left a really bad feeling for me with Quality inn. Forgot your mention the smell may have come from mold as there was a leak.
