      The staff are a disgrace at this particular location change the company name to Honestly we don't care.
      2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change YES you read it correctly 2 1/2 hours the so called GM was clueless and what an attitude didn't care that I was supposed to be at my job didn't even acknowledge me for around 10 minutes when I walked in terrible place absolutely terrible..
      I'd give them minus stars if it was an option

      Sadly I wouldn’t give any stars to Honest 1 Ladson but had to choose a star to post my review. We took our car to them because of our extended warranty with CarMax. They serviced our car last year and their repairs and service were impeccable. I also got it back within the same day. They are now under new management and his name is Chris Minerva. He was the most disrespectful salesman/person I have ever encountered. They had my car for a week and were suppose to fix the alignment and a noise the front end was making. I had to take it back the following day because the alignment was way out of wack. I took it back in again 3 days later because the car is still making the same noise. It was a $700 fix after my extended warranty. The warranty only paid $170-odd. I asked them to fix it or give me a refund. Chris told me no to the refund and I could take it somewhere else and gave me back my keys. He wouldn’t even look at it. He said he had other customers in front of me (12:30) and he wasn’t going to stop and cater to me. He told me I could leave it and I told him I would just sit and watch him fix it. I already left it for a week. He told me he was not looking at it today. He told the man at the counter to not check me in. He had a room full of customers and still proceeded to talk disrespectfully to me and to a lady at that. I will never ever use them again. I also asked for the number of the Franchise owner and they wouldn’t give it to me.

      First of all I was wondering with a business name Honest-1 Auto care, why all the lies. They lied about what location my car was at. I had to personally search where my vehicle was located at. They told me one thing and It was another over the phone several time's. They gave me different prices each time I called in. It took them over two to figure out what Diagnostic. They Over price me for a patch job and told me it may not be fix after I paid. They also told me my cam shaft is going bad and don’t worry about fixing it just drive it unit it breaks. I was afraid of just taking my car from the start of everything and going somewhere else do to the fear of them breaking other parts out of spit on my vehicle. Never ever eva eva going back there! Beware - be cautious!! They should have a sign that says service vehicle at your own risk!

      I'm sorry you do not feel that you were treated fairly at Honest 1 Auto Care. We have a 36 month and 36,000 mile which ever is greater. If your 2019 Ram Big Horn is giving you any issues after our repair, please return to Honest 1 and we will determine the issue.
      The vehicle was not wanting to stay running, displayed multiple check engine codes, poor fuel quality and the oil change sticker showed the oil change was over due by 23,229 miles. We repaired the vehicle and the vehicle was running good when it left the shop.
      Again, if you are having any issues, please return the vehicle to the shop.

      They communicated very well the repairs’ need and the costs and the time frame for completion. They are very professional and although they are not the cheapest in town, I love the fact they give you a warranty on all the work. How many times have you taken your car in to be fixed only to have to return it and spend more money. The warranty gives me peace of mind; they did their job correctly and they stand behind their work. I love their free shuttle service too; what a nice convenient way to get your car to the shop and pick it up. I only wish they worked with a third-party credit service for big repair jobs.

      I was on a road trip from Michigan when I started having battery problems. I called Honest Auto Care to ask for help. My battery was dead. It was 5:30 PM and they closed at 6:00. I got a jump, and headed out, but traffic was horrible. I was pretty sure I wouldn't get there before they closed. I arrived a few minutes after six, and there was the woman I had spoken to on the phone, along with one of her mechanics. THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME!!! I was so grateful. A road trip can be stressful enough without wondering when you'd be left stranded somewhere with a car that won't stop. I will never forget their kindness. These people have a decency that few strangers practice.
