      On June 13, 2022, Mr. Donnelle G****** was hired to rewire my house at **** ****** RD. Camden, SC. The contract was written up and signed. To install and rewire the house was $8,278.00 total. A large amount of money was paid upfront ($4,100.00), for payment to get supplies, with the understanding that I will pay the remaining balance when the job is complete. He came out to the house on June 17th to install the electrical panel box and meter socket. But have not returned to install the electrical wiring throughout the house, ceiling fans, GFI sockets, wall receptacles or the recess lighting. We text each other numerous of time of when he will complete the project. But, from the text messages he has no intent to start or finish the job. He ran off with my money. He needs to be charged with theft and one count of theft by deception. His email address is *****************@gmail.com
