    Began added a ton of Z-man products in the last year. Never had an issues all summer until I used these two products in their lineupZinkerZ and TRD Finesse.

    I had purchased some of their "spinners" add on to try and decided to try it with some of their ZinkerZ and TRD Finesse baits.

    However, it appears it may have been a bad batch. Upon opening, the product was discolored from each other (inside the same bag) and upon any stretch it appears to immediately break down/disintegrate. This is very uncharacteristic of any the other Zman product I've used this year as their elaztech technology is intended to allow ultra stretchability and durability compared to other brands.

    The Finesse TRD appeared to be slightly affected compared to the Zinkerz, but it showing similar characteristics. One thing I did notice was these 3 package appears to have what looked like salt crystal/pieces (almost like sand) which is different from most of the other Zman products I've used so far as well. Photos attached.

    We at Z-Man Fishing Products take the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Our ElaZtech soft plastic fishing lures are manufactured here at our facility in South Carolina, and we have implemented several quality control checkpoints in our injection molding facility and packaging process to minimize issues with our products. We stand behind our products 100% and gladly will send replacements to any customer who experiences issues with our products. We have a dedicated customer service department designed to handle questions or issues related to our products and encourage Mr. **** to reach out directly via telephone or email regarding issues with our products going forward.

    With respect to the above complaint, our ElaZtech material is naturally buoyant, and the product at issue, our ZinkerZ, is heavily salt-impregnated as anglers desire for this style fishing lure to sink rather than float. What Mr. **** is experiencing is most likely not the product or material breaking down, but instead is the salt being released from the material when the product is stretched or elongated. Regarding the color issue referenced by Mr. ****, product color can vary somewhat, but if he received product that did not meet his standards, we will gladly send replacements.

    We thank Mr. **** for his support of Z-Man Fishing Products and look forward to the opportunity to speak with him directly and rectify any issues that he has experienced with our products.
