    This company illegally towed my vehicle on or about 05/20/2025, the tow was illegal violating Secs. 10.5-1001—10.5-1099. no permanent placards on wrecker, he provides kick backs to the office employees, he only excepts cash and not all forms of payment all of these parts of the section code were violated in this instance.

    I need to know what vehicle and from where it was towed.  I absolutely do not give any kind of kick back of any kind to anyone , but especially not to apartment complex.  My truck does have lettering on it.  But I'd need more details as to specific vehicle to get better info as to why it was towed.  My pricing follows all city guidelines. As far as cash only, yes. I only except cash as to many people dispute the credit charges and even with signed receipts and photos of license and credit card, the companies 100% always side with their customer and I never get paid. So yes I am cash only.

    On Sunday April 30th my family and I returned back to Charleston after a long vacation and 10 hour drive back home. I follow my sister down the street to return the rental vehicle around 10:30pm that night and dropped her off back to her apartment. Her Ring doorbell footage showed me walking in the door at 11:08pm. When I left a few minutes later my car was gone. I was parked in the handicap parking due to the lack of parking but I do have a valid handicap placard. Try county towing towed my vehicle because the placard wasn’t visible. The photos taken by the towing company had the time stamp of 11:12pm. I called the towing company at 11:20pm to see if they towed my vehicle and he confirmed they had it. I explained to him I have a handicap placard and it must have fallen off the dashboard. When I went to retrieve my vehicle it was on the floor in the vehicle. This business changed me $250 and refused to provide a price breakdown. This company previously towed my sister vehicle and had it overnight. However, the price he charged her was lower than the price I was charged. The leasing office refused to provide any information about the contract or agreement they have with this company.
