    Im not even sure where to start. This was by far the worse customer service Ive ever experienced in life. Lack of communication is an understatement. It seemed as though nobody in the office were on the same page. After 2 months of trying to get this home it was said that we can no longer have it because they allowed someone else to put a $1,000 down payment on an alleged $220k home. Then turns around the next day to say they refunded the down payment and we may now have the home. Its also a known fact that there tried to sell the same exact house to someone else for $40k CHEAPER than the sales price given to my family. When asked for the contract and breakdown of the price, we received a paper with hand written, barely legible print with no prices on it. After we moved on to another retailer, *** ******* was still contacting our lender telling them were moving forward with the deal which was completely false. The whole experience was horrible and unprofessional. They will call you at the end of day every single day with some sort of bad news. This is not how you conduct business. It leaves me to question the character and integrity of the employees. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    It's literally a year later my house is falling apart, I paid extra for concrete footers & was told they're done wrong after it's cracked my ceiling. They told me they could price out what I need to fix it, however they could have just fixed it initially. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
