    I am rejecting this response because:

    *******, you stop it. 1.) You lied. I have phone records sharing that *****************************, who was your reference, was actually your wife. You told your wife my grievances, and she pretended to be another person and gave me a recommendation based off of my conversation with you. They have the same phone number. Please see the rest of my complaint Response attached.

     ************************* has been the hardest person we ever had to work with. She would call me daily with questions, concerns, or issues while work was being completed. The agreement was for her to contact me for weekly meetings not daily. ************************* also called me while I was on vacation numerous times after being told i was on vacation by myself and office staff. The initial contract was to complete the finished work which included drywall, flooring, cabinets, tiles, insulation etc While completing the work, it was stated to us by The county inspectors that the crawl space would need some work done before the framing inspection was passed. This was not in our contract/scope of work. ************************* agreed for  Regional Construction to complete the work in the crawl space but work didnt pay for the services we completed.  I attempted to meet with ************************* regarding payment that wasnt received and she blew us off a few times stating she was in the hospital with her mom, then her dad. ************************* then became available when we didnt complete the rest of the work due to her not providing payment for work completed . ************************* has worked with numerous contractors that we know personally like , Queen **** Construction (Previous GC)  , ************************* (GC) *************************** (Framer) from supreme development and ********************* who was the plumber for this project and have gotten free work because she refused to pay these companies. Queen **** actually provided her with a refund of $20000 to keep the peace and she still wrote bad reviews about them. ************************* is dishonest,  a manipulator and a hustler. Ms ************ goal was to get Regional Construction to do a full scope of work for half the price agreed upon. We know this to be true because she has done this to three other contractors. When do she stop putting the blame on the contractors and it take responsibility

    The project was supposed to be completed April 15, 2023. 

    we have no found out that the drywall needs to be removed from the ceiling because of a warped joist the contractor tried to cover **. In addition we have found out the contractor covered up the fact he failed the electrical trade inspection and hung all of the drywall now causing it have to be removed and completely redone. The results of his negligence is going to cost over 100k to fix.
