I would like to file a fraud complaint against ********************* of Kratos Tactical. He has lied many times about delivering the guns I purchased in January 2022 from him and has not returned my money. I have text messages between myself and him and he kept making excuses and He owes me $2958.68. All he had to do was return my money but he didn't. Stay away from anything he is involved with and if I don't get my money back I will get a lawyer involved and the ****Initial Complaint

Purchased a firearm from them in July of 2022. Was told **** week wait. Never record item. Was given the run around about them having issues with thing and was assured I would receive it. Stopped getting contact for months. Reached out to owner by email a month again and heard back but still have not received a refund or the product. I tried to get refunded through my credit card company but that didnt work as they needed info which I couldnt get in contact with the company to get.Initial Complaint

I purchased a AR pistol from Kratos Tactical from gun broker in April of 2022 paid 900 dollars in full it was an auction. **** told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive the build and thats what the auction stated on gun broker I emailed back and fourth with the owner **** several times in the following 6 months after the purchase then communication stopped responses to emails stopped and tried to call but no answer. Before comunication stopped i Got all kinds of excuse like parts were delayed painter had bad paint. I looked back on gun broker and saw he was still running the same autction with the same promises. Then was told by **** sometimes it can take a year to receive product because he only uses American made x-rayed parts and they are hard to get alot of times told me to check his face book page I will see plenty of happy owners some who waited a year. I had purchased a product from them online. When I had asked about update of delivery of product I was told 4-6 weeks. This was on January 24th 2023. On May 1st I was told parts were on back order. This was after several messages not responded to. On May 8th I asked for a refund with no response. Then finally on May 30th I was told a check would be sent to me. June 2nd sent email asking about refund status no reply. June 12th sent another request with reply of I was trying to send you the item which I did not want anymore and just wanted my money back. Now I am getting return messages of he is broke and cannot repay money that I have given him and he is working on ways to get funding. This is not my problem and should not have to wait 4mo for a refund from item not received. If you need further information I can send texts I have saved since purchase. On Aug 11, 2022 I purchase a Kratos Tactical 7.5" AR15 Pistol from kratostactical.com for $982.16 through gunbroker.com (Item number *********). Began communications with ******************* *********************************** discussing specifics and timeframe for delivery. After initial communication in September I did not hear back from him or any one else Recently the website redirects to their webhost provider with no active way of contacting them. On 3/17/2023 I purchased an AR-10 build with a 10 to 12 week build time. 28 weeks later I still have nothing. They refuse to answer e-mails anymore and won't give me any updates. I am completely out of patience with their lack of professionalism in this manner. I understand they had some supply issues early on but they have had more than enough time now to sort that issue out. I purchased a pistol from Kratos Tactical on 26 Oct 2022. The item was originally supposed to be completed in 4 - 6 weeks. I have attempted to work with the company several times to complete the transaction and have a firearm shipped to my FFL but nothing has been completed to date. There have been several messages exchanged via text but unfortunately this transaction has never been completed. It has been eleven months now and I have requested a refund of $2152.50 which was the total of the original purchase. The owner has had several issues over the last eleven months to include hospitalization and family illnesses, but it has come time to close this out as I cannot afford to continue to wait on delivery promises that *** or *** not happen.Initial Complaint

On 12/9/2022 I called kratos tactical and spoke with the owner ******************* about purchasing a hunting rifle. He then went over the specifics with me,including the delivery time of the hunting rifle which was 2 to 3 weeks. We came to an agreement for price, payment, and delivery date. He then sent me an invoice to make my payment of $2459.51. I then proceeded to make the payment with my debit card. My payment was received by him and he sent me a copy of my receipt/invoice. After waiting for 3 weeks and no sign of the shipping of my hunting rifle or a response from the business. I called the owner ******************* several times, left voice mail messages and received no response. Finally after almost 4 months of waiting and continuous phone calls to him, he finally reached out to me by text and said he would wasn't able fulfill my order due to personal issues, but that he would refund all my money back. This was back on the 31st of March 2023. Now it is June 25 2023 and he never did return the money he took from me. I have all the texts that we communicated back and forth on, plus my receipt and bank statement of my payment. For what seems like a legitimate business this is the behavior of a scam artist. From my understanding on research I did and from speaking with other customers, this is not the first time he's done this. So, please im requesting help to report this business and the owner ******************* from swindling other people. And to please help me recover my money.
