We had Palmetto Flooring and Renovations perform bathroom renovations in three bathrooms, with each having to be redone multiple times due to mistakes made by their team. I had not left a review sooner as my family wanted the disaster to be behind us. Recently, though, we found the shower renovation they did (multiple times) in our primary bathroom was done incorrectly still. This resulted in water getting through the water proofing they installed, and rotting the wood underneath as well as causing massive amounts of mold. We contracted a new company to correctly complete the work. We left a ****** review for Palmetto Flooring and Renovations and their initial response to us was asking to have the review removed because it would hurt their business. We responded the details were factual and people needed to understand our experience. The entire ****** profile for Palmetto Flooring and Renovation is now removed along with my initial review, so I am posting a customer review here now. I do have pictures of the mold that was found along with pics that shows nails through the waterproofing that were not sealed at all and allowed the water to seap to the sub floor and rot it out. The picture of the mold is still on my ****** reviewer profile with Palmetto Flooring and Renovations tagged on it if anyone wants to view.

***** and the team at Palmetto Flooring are really easy to work with. They were very responsive and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The quality of work was very high and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for flooring needs and beyond. Palmetto Flooring is truly a reputable company with a professional staff. My 9 year-old deck was rotting below our feet, so we decided to replace it with Trex decking. We will never have to sand or paint/stain again. Replacing rotting boards is a thing of the past. The crew was always on time, friendly, and responsive to our questions. The project manager, *****, was committed to our satisfaction. The whole experience was pleasant and satisfying.Palmetto Flooring & Renovations

3/4 of job completed. I sure hope they can finish strong. Thus far, not a pleasant experience. Full interior paint with full flooring. They started the flooring removal and didn't cover anything. Needless to say heavy construction dust and debries without a mention of a cleaning team coming in. 3 days into job they realize they didn't order enough flooring or didn't receive enough. No estimate when my kitchen and laundry room floors will be installed. All furniture that was moved is still sitting in the middle of the rooms except the master bedroom. We have had $1200.00 in growth work , yet my bill has gone up $1700.00. I am trying to understand the math. I was told 5 days. We are on day number 11. I was told after day 5 I can move back in. I stayed in a hotel an extra 4 days. Now we are living in construction and debries. I sure hope they finish strong because at $31,868.00 I am not happy and expect better. I will update this review when they complete the job. Hopefully with higher marks. On the positive, I will say the painting contactor has been honorable and has shown integrity.Palmetto Flooring & Renovations

I am so happy with my new carpet! They did an excellent job from beginning to end. They worked very hard to make me happy and they cleaned up everything and even helped repair water damage on my basement carpet from all the rain.I highly recommend Palmetto Flooring!Palmetto Flooring & Renovations

They replaced the carpeting in our second floor with LVT and it looks great! The installers were efficient, professional, and did an outstanding job! The pricing is reasonable and the owners are accommodating, responsive, and dont pressure you. I would highly recommend Palmetto.Palmetto Flooring & Renovations

Came out on a Saturday worked all day long until it was finished didn't leave till almost 10:00 pm. Did not want us to be without a toilet for the weekend. so impressed with the quality of the work and the job ethic. Went above and beyond we are very satisfied and will definitely use again.Palmetto Flooring & Renovations
