In November of 2021 I purchased two dirt bikes for my boys for Christmas. They were given to them on Christmas morning. By March both of the bikes were leaking gas and my oldest sons already had a dry rotted tire on his bike. The bikes had been stored in a covered barn and also covered with protective sheets when not in use so were not exposed to outdoor elements. I called the business and explained they were leaking and I was told to bring them in. I told the owner it would be several weeks before I could get them there. My sons father came and took the bikes down there the week of Spring Break which was the first week in April. By May we still had not heard anything. Keep in mind the dirt bikes came with a one year warranty. I continued calling and my boys father called. Finally the end of June we were able to get in touch with someone. A lady answered the phone and was very rude and said they are short handed and the bikes had not even been looked at. She was very rude and not considerate at all seeing as the bikes had been there two months. Finally got a call the bikes were ready..it is now July. My boys father goes to pick the bikes up and gets them home and they are still leaking gas. We call and take them back. Again never hear anything. Start calling again and end of October get a call from the owner. He states the blue bike just needed to be tuned up and the carburetor on the red one is messed up. He said warranty won't cover tires. I said that's fine just get me a price and get the carburetor fixed. He said he would contact the company and call me when they are ready. He never called and in December calls my boys father and says "I told her there was nothing wrong to come get the bikes." We go get the bikes and the red one is still leaking gas and not fixed and the blue one is now leaking gas from four different areas. Out of a year my boys got to ride these bikes two months. I want a refund to take these bikes to have them fixed.
