I placed an order with Ethanol fireplace.com for 24 containers of ethanol for my fireplace but have not received them nor has the company responded to my calls or voicemail. Order was placed on October 4, 2024. They did send a confirmation receipt of the order but no shipping information. I should have read your previous complaints about this company before placing an order. I would like to receive a refund or be a apart of whatever class action proceedings that might be brought about in the future. They've deducted and received $119.00 out of my debit card account. I ordered an ethanol fireplace insert on July 25, 2024. Ethanol Fireplaces immediately charged my credit card $129.99, citing on their website that it was a "pre-order" with an "ETA 8/23/2024." That same "ETA" date is still showing on their website. On 8/26/2024 I called them twice, different times of the day. No humans available, but I was able to leave a message and a return phone number. No one responded, so at the end of the day, I emailed the only address I could find inquiring about the status and told them if they couldn't deliver or didn't have the product to please refund my credit card. Still no response. I had tried to order this same item during COVID, maybe three years ago, and they couldn't deliver and, on their own, no questions asked, refunded me. I know it's only been a month but because of past dealings with them, I'm getting concerned and want my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 1, 2024, and have sent 3 emails and phoned twice trying to find out when they will ship. I've called several times only to get a recording that no one is available at this time. On 2/5/2022, I purchased 2 products on Regal Flame: -********* 18 inch Wood Convert to Ethanol Fireplace Log Set with Burner Insert from Gel or Gas Logs - Oak $269.99 AND -6BFUEL Regal Flame Premium Ventless Bio Ethanol Fireplace Fuel - 6 Quart $49.99 The total of the transaction was $319.98. MY dispute is the products were never shipped or delivered. I have sent multiple inquiries and made multiple calls to the business without a response. The order number is ********. I ordered several ethanol fireplaces plus the corresponding bio ethanol fuel from this business (via their website ********************************** on October 20th 2023. The fireplaces were shown as on back order to come in around Dec 3rd. Time went by, my order status never changed from "new" to anything else and I also didn't receive any part of the order. Unfortunately, the only contact information given on the website is a phone number (************) which started with the usual press this or that number to get to your desired section. Checking on existing orders then led to a voicemail. Checking around online I now saw that regalflame.com is (except for the pictures) basically the same website, their international shipping page even leads to that of ethanolfireplaces.com, namely *********************************************************************) I'm getting worried that some fraud is happening here.
