      *********************THERE SHOULD BE 'NO STARS'************************* SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM * I PLACED AND ORDER FOR FIREBURNER, FUEL ETC. ALMOST $400. WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE AND EMAIL THAT MY ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED I WAS SUSPICIOUS. THE INFO BOT ON THE WEBSITE IS BOGUS - IT TAKES YOU IN A CIRCLE. PHONE CALLS ARE SENT TO A VOICE MAIL SAYING 'NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL' ON A MONDAY MORNING. I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS ON GOOGLE MAPS LISTED HERE AND ITS BOGUS AS WELL. GOOGLE MAPS SHOWS A PICTURE OF A POWER COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND WEBSITE. I RECEIVED A CHARGE BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM.

      I can add to the list of complaints here with a similar pattern. Ordered a fireplace in 2021 and have not received it for 6 months. Ended up cancelling the order, which was confirmed and a refund was promised within 10 business days. 2.5 months later, the company stopped responding and failed to refund the money for a product that was not delivered. They are either highly negligent or their operation borders on fraud. You can form your own judgement from the similar stories that are listed here.

      I have been shopping Regal Flame products for the last 5 years. Quality and Service both outstanding. Even in the midst of Covid-19 when the world was shut down, Ive always had a positive experience. Really unsure about these negative reviews as my experiences with the company have always been positive. From returns, to exchanges and bulk purchases, The customer service team has always went above and beyond.
