This practice claims to treat your pets like family members, yet when a client raises concerns even as constructive criticism to try to avoid further problems, they refuse to have a conversation or even communicate that they are choosing to sever the doctor-patient relationship. Upon severing the client relationship with you, they will go so far as to refuse to fill preventative and other medications or to treat your fur family member’s chronic health conditions until you can find another vet. Please find another vet. White Knoll is in it for the money. White Knoll does not truly care about the well-being of your pets. White Knoll does not allow their practice to be held accountable by loyal, lucrative clients, and they do not care if you are not happy with poor communication or poor service.

Over the past 5 years, I have regularly brought more than 10 pets to them for labwork, annual physicals and vaccinations, illnesses, and surgeries. I trusted them with my furbabies and spent thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money at their practice.

In January of 2024 I wrote White Knoll a letter of complaint asking them to address some concerns because of some incidents that I experienced that were not the typical quality of service I had received in the past. In some cases, my concerns were regarding questionable ethics, but the letter isn’t the important part of this review, the lack of response to the letter is my concern!

I gave White Knoll time to respond and they NEVER did. Afterward, when I reached out needing to bring a pet to them for medical care, they declined service. Likewise, they refuse to refill medications or flea/tick/heartworm prevention for pets who are up to date on everything and have been seen in the past 6 months by their veterinarians as long-standing patients.

I would caution you to steer clear of White Knoll Veterinary Hospital on Kyzer Rd, particularly if you consider your pets to be part of the family.

Our hospital manager did have a conversation with you regarding your concerns. Much of your concerns regarding our practice had to do with pricing and our inability to give multi pet discounts. It was clear to us in this conversation and in your letter that we were unable to meet your expectations. You requested records sent to another local practice saying that they were more willing to work with you and we obliged as we need to focus on the patients and clients who value our services. At that time we did mark your account inactive and we considered the VCPR (Veterinary Client Patient Relationship) terminated. We cannot prescribe or approve any medications for a pet in which we do not have a valid VCPR.

We wish you and your pets the best.
