    During our inspection process we had some repairs that needed to be done. Per our contract we wanted license, certified, credentialed companies to do so. The sellers hired this guy to do the repairs (install GFI outlets to kitchen/bathrooms, repair window locks/windows that did not shut, fix new dishwasher that did not operate properly). Our electrical for the (11) GFI outlets are wired wrong, not up to code. Now an electrician needs to come in to redo all this guys work. The dishwasher still did not work/ was filled with rocks/sands. Had to replace. Windows still had locks broken. Poor quality and under qualified.
