      On 7/20/18 I had Brian's H/VAC install a 2 ton central unit. Day one it was cooling but stopped completely. It was fixed that day and worked until 6/ 24. I paid $150 to have it fixed as a squirell ate thermostat wires. The wiring was changed and got the ac working. I was told the wires need to be to run at a cost of $945! I saw from day one white condensation on out side of house. At least 6 employees came at different times and said nothing about the white condensation. 2 more came over on 7/23/25 to check the unit. They said nothing about thecwhite condensation! I asked them if it is from a freon leak! I was told yes and they would leave and come back to put dye in. I asked why can't you go in the attic and see where it is leaking. They found it and I paid $99 and was told they will tell that the air handler coil is leaking. The unit is under warranty and was told it will cost $700! THE UNIT WAD INSTALLED THIS WAY!

      Brian's H/VAC is located at 550 James Dunbar Rd. Pelion, S. C. Tjey do not respond to all calls. My init was installed with the freon leak at a cost of $4785! I tried to get it fixed andcesd put ON a "DO NOT SERVICE LIST!"  The air handler coil was supposed to be ordered under warranty and was never ordered! All I got was lies about this being algae and build up in the condensation line when I was yold it is a freon leak!
