    I called and spoke to an agent on 9/24/24 to renew one policy. I gave a specific policy number because I had two policies that were expiring on the same day and only needed one to be renewed nor did I made sure to only give the one policy number for that reason. I was told everything was taken care of and I’d see the premium for the policy taken out of my bank account in the next few days. I checked my bank account a few days later and saw they renewed both policies anyway even though I specifically stated only the one was to be renewed. I immediately called and talked to Charlie Kuhn and explained the situation and told him I wanted the policy cancelled immediately so I can get a refund of my money. He sent over the cancellation form and after months of jumping through hoops and many phone calls I was told I was receiving a short term cancellation fee of $1,037. I called Kuhn insurance and was told he’d look into this. I never received a call back. After months of no return phone calls or emails I even asked for his E&O information which he did not give me. He even lied and said I did tell his agent to renew the policy which is just absolutely not true. The Kuhn insurance group made a mistake that took over $1,000 out of my bank account without my consent and he refuses to make it right instead he lies about it.

    Client says she never asked for workers compensation policy to be renewed or paid for.  Employee says she asked if the workers compensation policy should be renewed and paid for from the client checking account, to which the client said yes.  I spoke with the client today and offered to refund the client the $1037, which the client accepted.  The refund went out today in the form of a check.
