    As a representative of our HOA, Ripple has torn up irrigation in our common property and has not fixed it. Contact has been made by Mr Taylor our first resident in the subdivision and where the mess is all happening. We’ve battled since September and need this resolved.

    Thank you for your message regarding the irrigation damage within the neighborhood.

    Our Regional Executive met with the HOA on June 20 to review the concerns outlined in the complaint and escalated the issue to our contractor. As of June 26, the contractor confirmed that a reimbursement check was issued. We are currently following up to confirm processing and ensure full resolution.

    Contractor did not follow established right of way utility lines on our property. Installed cable Internet service for our neighbors in which we are not utilizing onto our property without our consent or notice. What the cable line moved to the right away of the property line or onto my neighbor's property. Now my yard is dug up with broken sprinkler systems and no consideration for myself as a homeowner. This is a new company in the area and I would not recommend them for others.
