    From start to finish, I found I could trust and depend on Floor Mart with my flooring. I was looking for an unusual product for an unconventional home as a DIYer. In other words, I had lots of questions, and Tammy went beyond my expectations with product knowledge and research as well as providing me with highlighted materials for things I should look out for. While I can't speak to application of the floor (since I did this myself), I can say that you're in excellent hands. They care and are knowledgeable.

    Floor Mart West is a great family owned and operated flooring business. I was looking for some carpet for my home and the owner, Tammy Seigler, spent a lot of time with me selecting the best quality carpet that fit within my budget. Tammy assisted me from the purchase and followed up with me during and after installation. I will continue to give FMW my business for all future flooring needs.

    Our experience at Floor Mart West was far better than what we would have had at Home Depot or Lowes. It's so refreshing to go into a locally owned shop where customer service still matters. Tammy and her staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot before one of the big box stores.

    Had an overall positive experience at Floor Mart. We worked with Tammy and she could not have been more helpful. She seemed to have an excellent grasp of the pros and cons of all of the products they offer. The price was about average for our area but the customer service was way above and beyond what we had experienced elsewhere.
