    Had an oil change, but before I agreed to the oil change, I asked the price, and I told them never mind because I could not afford their prices. I was offered a $15 Dollar discount and was told the price I would be charged was $67 Dollars before taxes. After the oil change, I paid them with my debit card and was charged $95.97 and a $15 Dollar discount leaving $83.80 Dollars. I was charged for extra oil among other things. No extra oil was added to the already 5 quarts that was put in my vehicle, I know this for a fact because I was looking at everything that was done on top. All the extra things like checking my windshield wiper blades did not happen, washer fluid wasn't filled either.

    I complained to the Manager, who told me all he could do is give me 25% on my next visit, which will not happen, because they already lied to me once. I will be uploading the receipt and bill. I just want the extra money they scammed me out of.

    We offered her the $15 off so it will make the oil change cheaper she took 5.3 quarts of oil which my tech notified her because I was standing right there. So when he asked her for payment she paid if it was a issue why not say anything before you just hand over your card. Then she calls to complain, but you didn't say anything when you were here.
