    I ordered some Ecofetti from this business two weeks before my wedding. Very shortly after placing the order, I emailed their customer service email to inquire about shipping information as there was zero information listed on the website, sharing that I needed the order by a specific date. I didn’t hear anything back. A week later I received a text from the owner (I’m assuming) about how the color I ordered was out of stock, asking if I would be okay with another color. I said that would be fine, but mentioned that as they were a week late to reach out, I would need to cancel the order if it would not come in time. She ensured me that it would. I received my order 3 days late and was not able to use the item for my wedding. Following up afterwards, I reached out asking for a return address so I could return the item. There was no information on their website or when placing the order about a return policy or a statement saying that it would be nonrefundable. I didn’t receive a response to my text. A few days later, I followed up again. I was told that I could not return the item. I responded inquiring why and did not hear back. I would like to return the item and receive a refund as I explicitly said that I wanted to cancel the order if it wouldn’t come in time. She didn’t want to cancel because she didn’t want to refund me and that isn’t right. She gave me excuses about being a small business, but being a small business isn’t an excuse to give poor customer service. You would think that she would want to go the extra mile so customers would give a good review so she would get new customers. I also tried to leave an online review but it wouldn’t go through… might be a parlor trick to not receive negative feedback.
