    My husband and I are currently living without electricity in our home due to faulty wiring and lack of funds to hire an electrician to rewire the entire house. We also live on a fixed income so when we spent 100.00 on the generator we bought from white knoll gold and pawn in Lexington ton SC we had expectations of the generator working properly and providing us with power. We were over charged for the generator as it cost what we paid brand new. Both women that were working that afternoon were pretty rude and we're rushing us out the door even though they weren't closing for almost an hour. The older lady stated that we could test it before we left but she was obviously not wanting to have us holding her up from going home any longer. She then said we could return the generator if it didn't work. She said we could go e back the next day. She never stated that the next day was the only day that we were allowed to return the generator. She said to make sure we had the receipt and that was it. The generator does not work. And none of the employees at the pawn shop will allow us to return it. They have been rude and insensitive and down right mean anytime we have tried to communicate with them. We are no without the generator and our +100.00 and we struggle to get by every day we can't afford to just let the 100.00 go. We weren't aware of the one day we had to return the generator we don't have a vehicle and couldn't make it to the store that day. Our life is hard enough without people going out of their way to make it harder. We'd like to return the generator and get our money back like we were told we could do the day we bought it
