      Property Management Solutions of Lexington said, "We don't have the finances in the budget." This is their repeated statement all the time or they will blame it on The Board of Directors, which is there is only one board of directors. The company has not had a meeting in over a year.
      I have solicited an attorney to look into this matter.

      Good afternoon

       

      Please attached invoices and payment regarding this complaint.  The work plus additional items were agreed upon with Mrs. ******.   We have had an extensive decision with her at the time the work was agreed on.  We allowed her to use her own contractor.   The plexiglass top on each of the units that have them are modifications to the original build and are the owner’s responsibility.  The community , meaning its owners have very little involvement in the meetings held to provide information about the needed repairs.  Village Creek does not have a full seated Board and the member acting as the Chair can’t make full decisions per the documents.  We as a management company are doing everything we are legally allowed to keep the community moving forward.

      I am rejecting this response because: at no time have a made a slanderous statement to anyone associated with our hoa.  It is a legal right to have access to our records.   During my first 2 reviews I found several discrepancies therefore my request to view bank statements.   I can provide a picture of every post I have ever made in our hoa ******** group showing I have not made anything derogatory towards our hoa.  PMS will not return emails to any homeowner at this time and I have several homeowners that can confirm it.   I do not like being threatened by the property management company that my hoa dues pay.  I will be happy to gather statements from other homeowners who have dealt with the same issues.

      isabled home owner that has been trying to get approval from PMS because she needs her roof replaced. She faxed and emailed the information to them. She has a paper showing it was sent. It has been almost a month a no response. She has a leaking roof and this can't wait. We have a hole in the community pool that has been know for 2 years that hasn't been handled. The board has told me they are too busy to have meetings. They just text each other. Again PMS should know the laws and the covenants and bylaws and know this is not allowed. We have over 50 homeowners wanting answers and they refuse to respond to anyone.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I understand the response from the business but I do not agree 100% with it. If anything, as a business owner the “fees” should have been waived in total. Everything that led up to me even complain to the BBR was poor business practice and communication. I should not owe anything until May. (May/June since I pay 2 months at a time ti make it easier since I have to bring a check). I have always paid my HOA and the HOA company can clearly see I have. I was paying a month ahead and I still owed late fees which is a little ridiculous. I appreciate waiving the fees but I honestly should have had no “late fees” at all. I would like a statement or receipt for each month I pay my fee in the future and I will pay the $40. I believe that the least the company can do is send a receipt or statement to make sure we do not owe useless fees. Also, is it usually once a year that an invoice is sent out? Thanks!

      The Account was reviewed, and her account has had late fees removed.   Payments are due by the 5th of each month and should be in the office prior to then to avoid any future late fees.

      I have asked for an itemized copy of where my HOA fees are being spent. This knowledge is available to all shareholders. However, Tony B*******, at Property Management Solutions has said that he will not allow me to do so unless I sign a waiver (which he cannot legally enforce). Read the email chain.

      I assume that once you read the email chain provided by this owner, you will see we have reasonably tried to accommodate her.   This is a policy letter that all owners sign when doing a review.  The policy is that no outside photography or video are allowed in our office and no files will be removed from the office.  Our reviews are conducted in our conference room, and this area is under surveillance.  I have, as of this morning ask our attorney to get involved, due to this owner's behavior. This owner is only entitled to copies of information provided and is responsible for those cost per the SC Non-Profit.
