    The reeling in feels like everything is good after you sign the lease is when all hell breaks loose …egotistical power tripping con artist for property manager very bias to low income tenants and think they can treat you any kinda way or that you’ll settle for anything…read the lease thoroughly because that” as is “part means any hidden black mole any water damage any small cracks that spread from normal use any power shortages will be your fault and you will be charged for their half jobs and poor maintenance

    I have been with Mike & Aaron now going on 11 years. I bought my home/land in Feb 2014. Since have paid off the home. Now only have about 18 months left & I will own the land. They are trustworthy, as soon as the home was paid off I had the title/deed to my home immediately. Nick is a wonderful employee. If there is any questions or concerns they are rectified quickly. They don't bother anyone as long as payment is made, or if you have made contact with them. They will work with you. They are simply put Amazing!! Thank you Aaron & Mike.
