    My children’s wheels chair need to be repaired, new batteries so they can use them daily for school …first off these chair were NOT suitable for my children at all , we needed chairs that would fit them to be able to use daily ..there have been issues with the chairs being way too big for them since day one, we have had nothing but trouble trying to fit properly and after Pedartic mobility brought a new seat that still didn’t fit properly , they haven’t returned for repairs ,,,.there are many things broken and or don’t work on both kids wheelchairs and have not be fixed, I called and text many times about issues with my sons chair not working right , ( will not drive properly, feet rest fell off at school, we taped them on for a brand new chair, they didn’t hold at all, the foot rest being the wrong size, …etc He has NOT been able to use the chair. We asked not to keep the chairs in the beginning and asked to trade even if we had to get a used chair or a manual chair. Why should we have to keep something that cost over forty thousand dollars each ( that was on the paper work) for the insurance ,when this is NOT what we wanted or needed .we never needed a fancy expensive wheel chair just one that would work well for the kids .
    There have been many more issues for my daughters chair the most current her battery will not stay charged but for a few hours.she needs this chair for school daily. The arm rest have been wrong and keep falling off, her joy stick is wrong and falls off and she can’t reach it , for her the seat has been needing adjusted for her. Parts have been falling off all the time and no one has fixed these..
