    5.0 for sure. Went to two different friends places over a weekend and got two different referrals. I had squirrels in the attic and I eventually heard them when they started to chew on my sky light. One company came out with their uniforms to asses and then sent me a quote a few days later and it was to cover the two bad corners on my house and remove the squirrels. They also made the comment that the roof was really high up. Really? Kevin came out the next day and said let's control the whole situation and cover all points of entry (9). He quoted me on the spot and said he'd be back in 2 days. His price was just over the competition, but he was SOLUTION focused and doing way more work. The other guys were looking to just solve the immediate issue. Coming from a former firefighter, this marine and FDNY veteran is top notch. Call him now. Pictures...squirrel entering and then one-way trap installed. Trap is now gone and its all sealed up. Forever Kevin warranty counts in my books!
