    We were so excited to be in our "completely renovated" or in their exact words in the listing "almost completely new again" home. Unfortunately, every year we come across new issues where this company Flipped Out Investments cut corners and did things the cheapest way possible and or in some instances not at all. The first thing we found was that the floors were not laid properly with too many gaps now causing flooring to come completely apart. Then we found after having extreme moisture issues that the crawl space vapor barrier was installed incorrectly. Our children were upset because their upstairs bedrooms continued to get unreasonably hot and this is where we found the biggest issue, they did not install a drain line for the air handler causing it to shut off any time the drip pan got full AND they did NOT insulate anything upstairs, I repeat they did not insulate the walls or the ceiling. Our children were literally being cooked alive in their own bedrooms. Then we found after having so many laundry room issues, what could have burnt our entire house down is that they did not properly spout out the dryer vent to the outside of the home. How this company or their realtor also a member of this LLC can put families in these homes knowing they did things like this to save themselves a dollar is beyond me. This is what the American dream has come to, screw everyone else so you can make yourself rich.
