    The campground is a beautiful place. Clean and nice amenities. They have had a great deal of change in staff and computer systems over the past few years which has impacted our overall stay and we will not go back. We have stayed there for 5 years and of those spend a month each summer there. We plan a year out. This past summer they overcharged us and wouldnt offer a refund but placed the payment to our 2025 summer vacation: we received a 0 balance and we thought our vacation for **** was set. We called them ahead of our trip in April and May 2025 to be sure of our trip and they told us they didnt have records and even though we had the receipt showing our upcoming trip was paid they told us we needed to show them more proof! We called back on May 21 2025 to follow up only to find they cancelled our upcoming month long family vacation and sold our spot without telling us!!!! We are devastated and there are no spots. We thought it was all arranged and we were planning our one vacation and it is all shattered a month out. The office manager was uncaring and hung up on me. We will not go back there sadly.

    This campground damaged my 5th wheel RV while pulling it out onto the campsite. They refused to do the right thing and cover what their employee cost me. They do NOT do business with integrity and they are losing customers by the ******. They tried to hide it from me as I only found out through other people camping that took pictures of my RV on the ground. They asked the driver did he drop my RV and he admitted it. They still refused to cover my damages. They dont care about you as a customer they care about only money and hiding from responsibility. Its sad that companies try to get away with practices like this. Its no wonder they arent BBB acredited. They wouldnt make the cut.

    We recently had a 5 day stay planned We arrived and within 24 hours had a tragedy occur and had to return home. We had no option but to leave. I explain what occurred to the office staff and asked for a manager to call me. I had to call for 4 days before I spoke with a manager.I was familiar with their no refund policy but was hoping for some sort of credit. Their cancellation policy does not state that they will not offer a credit for a future stay. And it wasnt like people had been turned away for our spot. They were 1/2 full.When I finally reached a manager she said no we dont offer credits. Then I asked to speak with an owner and her answer was.. they will give you the same answer.I own a high end bed and breakfast in ******** and would never say to a guest that we cant offer something when we truly had a tragedy occur. We have a similar policy but do make it flexible when needed.So be really careful reserving with this company. They have no heartfelt compassion for you. All they want is your money.
