    Hired ***************** to install a kitchenette in mother in law suite. Cabinets were installed first and done poorly by leaving holes in cabinets and uneven s**** placement while looking for studs. Cutting the first countertop for sink, used wrong saw and left large gash. We bought another one which he did reimburse us for. he snapped the second countertop too. We had to glue and clamp together. When attempting to tie in the plumbing, several holes were drilled in cabinets and current bathroom cabinet looking for lines. He also struck existing plumbing lines which were temporarily sealed shut so we dont have any leaks. To fix this mess, the cabinets need to be reinstalled and plumbing fixed by a licensed plumber which will cost us $250/hour. The cabinets are damaged from all the holes he drilled in, the existing bathroom cabinet is damaged from more drilling and we now have to pay for plumber after he was asked 2 separate times if he was confident with the plumbing. Was told by the professional plumbers that the plumbing lines were to be installed first to avoid all the drilling through the cabinets. Will now cost us close to $1000 to fix the plumbing plus the cost of the damaged cabinets.

    Dunn & Daughters LLC - We hired ***************** to do electrical work in ***. He showed us a "legitimate" license and insurance and we signed a contract for work to be done. He hooked up the electrical panel wrong and we had to have him come back. Then when it came time for an inspection he won't return calls. We called the city and he never pulled the permit for the job. And come to find out he is not licensed with any of their state or city databases. I can't upload every picture so I added screen shots.     We at DUNN&DAUGHTERS went to ************* home to provide electrical services. It was a time sensitive matter as ************* said and wanted us to perform the work over the weekend while he was in town from ********. We was told inspection was 3 weeks out which was also told to me ***** which would put our inspection date at 1-27-23, in two days. We are licensed and insured and have worked for the courts and judges along with many law groups. *** was hooked up incorrectly at first because it was a new code box but we went back and fixed it.

    We confirmed with the city that they never got a permitand to do the job. the city does not have them in the records as being licensed. In order to get an inspection they needed to get a permit for the job, and then they needed to have an inspector come out to check their work. As soon as we called ***************** to ask about getting the inspection ***************** stopped communication.
    1.***************** never got a permit for the job
    2.With out a permit the job can't get inspected
    3.With out an inspection the power company wont turn on service to the building
