    On 4/3/23, I paid *********************** $300 for a 3D Design of an outdoor living space to include a pool, paved areas, outdoor kitchen, landscaping, etc. The price included two modifications. On 4/10/23, he delivered 6 images which were not 3D, were very basic, not accurate to our conversations, not aligned with the expectation set by his partner, ****, and not inclusive of everything we discussed. I expressed my disappointment via email to ************, declined the two changes, and requested a refund. ************ said that he would get his designer to alter the images. He also claimed that the images were accurate to our conversations and declined to refund my money. On April 12, I responded if no refund, I wanted the changes completed. I submitted a list of 12 issues with the original drawings and have heard nothing from him since. I have emailed him on April 12, 14, and 17, and he has been unresponsive. These are the changes/issues/errors with the drawings:Add the screened-in porch Add a curved walkway from the screened in porch to the pool area. Add outdoor furniture.Put the outdoor kitchen at the edge of the house as we discussed as an L-shape with a bar/counter/seating area.Add an L-shaped, covered pergola covering the outdoor kitchen. The pergola should be the correct color that you plan to build.Add a close up view of the outdoor kitchen appliances, meal prep area, and bar/seating area.Enlarge the paved areas along the long sides of the pool and add lounge chairs or other furniture to show the scale.Enlarge the tanning ledge in the pool and add two loungers in the water to show scale and depth.Add a handrail to the pool steps showing size, location, and color.Add a low wall with a cascading waterfall on the side of the pool nearest my neighbor's house.Add a counter-current swimming jet in the deep end of the pool.Add a seating ledge inside the entire pool.Add existing landscaping and any proposed new landscaping.
