    I purchased a Pro Touch 6/12, an Acu Neck Wrap, Foot Accessory, and Acu Belt at the ************** on 12-4-2022. I was told that the Acu Neck Wrap, Foot Accessory, and the Acu Belt would be shipped to me because they were not in stock at the expo. On 12-13-2022 I emailed the company regarding the status of the order. On 12-19-2022 I received an email from HiDow stating that Therapeutic Solutions had never contacted them to ship my order. On 12-19-2022 I contacted Therapeutic Solutions about the order. *********************** responded and said that he would get the products out to me. I sent him the address and asked him to overnight the order. On 12-21-2022 I still have not received the products and sent an email to Therapeutic Solutions telling them I was filing this complaint, a dispute with my credit card company, and notifying the **************.

    I received 1 item, 1 item with missing parts, and still have not received the third item that I ordered. I have contacted Therapeutic Solutions many times and am either lied to, or do not receive a response at all.

    On October 08, 2022, I purchased a Vibra Mini Percussion Massage Gun from Therapeutic Solutions at the Orlando, Florida Home and Garden Show. Amount paid was $218.01. This massager never worked and has never been able to recharge. I contacted the seller on October 28, 2022, at 1-843-685-7706 (phone number shown in text receipt invoice). The guy that answered told me he had been getting multiple complaints about the Vibra Mini Percussion Massage Gun and that he was going to substitute the massager with a different brand that works much better. Never received the replacement. Called the seller again on November 8, 2022, seller was surprised his secretary had not sent the replacement. Told me the same story about receiving lots of complaints about the Vibra Mini and he was in Arizona on his way to California. When he would get to California, he was going send me a replacement. This is November 29, 2022, and I have yet to receive a replacement. I either get my money back and he can have this junk Vibra Mini or I get a replacement that works.
