    We first got a one year contract with GG&G two years ago. It was a good price, they missed a few days every so often but came back in-between the week. They had a trailer pulled by a truck. We renewed our service and it has been downhill since then. They went two weeks without picking up trash. We contacted them and they said they would come. Again this happened, but no response. I contacted them through text phone, email, all their contacts and nothing. They sent a mass email apologizing, saying service would stop for a few weeks to restructure (they had not come for a month anyway) but they would give ** 3 month of free service. The few weeks passed and nothing. When our contract was up they had the audacity to ask ** to renew contract. We told them they had never fulfilled their "three months" and that if they did, we would. They came once and never again.

    I have used GG&G garbage for three years. I moved last year, continued their service and paid for another year back in July 2022. I clearly moved to a neighborhood where they do not have any other customers and when they got overwhelmed or had staff issues, they were not picking up the trash on regular pick up days for months. They would sometimes answer the phone and then promise to pick up. Sometimes they came. More weeks than not, i did not get my weekly pick up on time or at all. When I say that I have left over 50 messages and multiple emails and texts that were ignored, I wouldnt be exaggerating. The *** had texted me and apologized, and then eventually stopped answering as well. Back in November I had to pay for a completely new garbage service when I hadnt gotten a call, e-mail or text in weeks. I want my money back for lack of service and all of the hassle from dealing with my HOA. $257.58. I shouldnt have to take them to court and spend an additional $80 to file the claim. If you look on social media, this has been happening to a lot of other customers. There is absolutely no excuse for them to not return my payment.

    The business has failed numerous times to fulfill their obligation in collecting trash on a timely and regular schedule. I have attempted to contact them via phone and email, all attempts were met with negative results.

    This business has been inconsistent and didn't pick up our trash half of the time we used them. On November 10, after 2 weeks of them not picking up our garbage that was piling up, they sent an email saying they fired all of their employees due to poor performance and that the truck has been in a wreck. They said they would refund all customers for 2 months of service. They have not refunded me and they continued to charge my account. I had to cancel through my PayPal account because they do not answer phone calls, emails, or call back when I leave a voicemail. They have left their trash bin here and it still has garbage in it because I do not have a truck to haul it to the dump. I want my money back and they need to come get their trash bin.

    We hired this service in May of 2021. We prepared for a year in 2021 and again in 2022. The company has consistently been late and often does not come at all. Our pick up day is Tuesday. They very often do not come until Thursday. We have been patient until they have not only decided they would just stop coming for weeks, but they never answer the phone or contact us back. We've left at least 10 voicemails in the last 4 weeks, dealt with HOA complaints of our overflowing trash can sitting on the curb for days, and bringing our trash to the landfill on our own. The last interaction we had with the company we were told to be outside during garbage pick up to discuss our concerns with the owner directly? What? Sit outside early in the morning waiting for the garbage to be picked up to discuss our concerns? That's outrageous.

    Signed up with GG&g trash company from Longs, SC in July. They have not picked up the trash since last week and will not call anyone back or return emails. We have had issues the last couple of months on several occasions where they just don't show up! Last week they sent a letter saying they would pick up on Friday and Saturday and here we are another week gone by and they still have not shown up. We paid a year in advance and I guess will have to take them to court to get our money back! No excuses on not returning calls or emails to let people know what's going on! Shameful for a business to treat their paid up customers this way!
