    April 2024 we signed a contract for a new plaster pool installation. Work performed on various stages of the pool install was not properly installed and/or completed. Continuously brought to the attention of the ************ owners and workers on site. Multiple . August 2024 pool plastering took place , requested a meeting on site to review plastering issues and conditions of the pool. Company owner promised to bring in a Pool Plastering Specialists which never happened. Pool plastering was so bad , missing areas of the pool and around floor drains, missing in corners , hose impressions was all on the bottom of the pool, rust marks seeping thru walls and floor of pool , plastering coloring had run marks on stairs and sides of pool, blotchy appearance , coping color stained grouting multiple areas. Lighting installed did not work and our underground septic tank was compromised when a concrete truck hired by pool company ran over the area . Numerous calls, texts ,emails, face book messenger to have work corrected which has been ignored. With no resolution from the pool contractor we had to hire another pool company to fix the plastering job of the entire pool which had to be re-drained , re-plastered, refilled. Had to hire a Hayward contractor to wire the pool control box properly and replace the new light that never worked at install and hire a septic company to fix our septic.MULTIPLE attempts to work with Northshore Waterproofing asking the them to fix their poorly constructed pool. The owners had no compassion or interest to resolve, multiple broken commitments and promises made with no action. We now request reimbursement for what they would not fix that we incurred. Owners recently agreed to send us back a partial refund for the monies we had to pay other contractors , money was due to us no later than February 2nd. No monies have been received. Again attempted to contact the pool company owners they have not acknowledged or responded.

    On January 2 2024 I hired north shore waterproofing to build me a pool at my residence, 16 x 32. With a spa. 10 x 10. Total cost of pool to be $80000 We have paid roughly $60000 The issue I have is he has not returned to finish pool project. With multiple text and phone calls. There are multiple underlying issues that need to be addressed 1. Permit expired in July. With 2 failed inspection **** heater was installed or given to me. 3. Pool leaks spa leaks spa is unlevel 4. Pool beam wasnt built high enough so its below proper grade. Rain water runs into pool not drain that was installed 5. Fence that pool builder bent and removed hasnt been replaced 6. Pool pump under sized for pool. 7. Electrical wires laying on ground not hooked up. For lights to pool. 8. Cool deck was never applied to deck 9. The *** property has not been put back to original state. 10. Pool skimmer not installed properly 11. Autofill not working. Also I had another pool builder give me a 2nd opinion to fix whats been done. His estimate exceeds $130000 to repair.
