    Myon Construction was hired for several jobs at my home. He did not complete the following:1- Did not complete installation of new 200amp electrical panel started on April 7th 2023. Dangerous conditions exist with no ground fault protection for underwater pool light or pool motor. New panel circuits were never labeled or identified. Sheetrock around the new panel was never replaced 2- Did not reinstall the pool main drain covers after removing them to plaster my pool. Dangerous condition as main drains has suction. The project started March 21 2023 still not complete 3- Extremely heavy large barrel filled with hardened pool plaster left in my yard. This is a tripping hazard and blocks egress from the pool area. I have called, written, and had no response for months. I sincerely feel this contractor is taking advantage of senior citizens left can from March 21st 2023 project

    as to ******************************* claim one my contract contradict and his entire claim falls and misleading. I did not do any electrical work for Mr. ************************** 2 at the time of completion of resurfacing, the pool, ****************** did not have his pool drain cover. The pool is now full with water. ****************** will have to pay extra to put those pool covers on the job  will now require going under water which he dont want to pay for and its not going to be done for free.

    claims 3 As you can see in the picture he submitted where the trashcans is, thats his trash pile, the trashcan belong to ****************** and he find all material to do the job so the material inside also belong to her I did not bring any of those items on to his property they all belong to him.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Mr ******* as the general contractor at my home working on many different projects took a $1250 deposit on April 3rd 2023 to replace a new 200amp electrical service panel to code at my home. Mr ******* supplied electrician  ***************************** (not known to me) to remove old and install new electrical service under his direction. Mr ******* made it clear he was the general contractor and his fee was paid for direction of the electrician. AS the electrician asked questions of me I directed him to Mr ******* for the answers. The electrician worked one day and 3 hrs the next day and still did not complete the job. I called Mr ******* many times regarding the dangerous conditions left behind by the electricians and he assured me he would return to complete. Mr ******* stopped taking my call on this matter even though the job was paid in full. I only want the job complete nothing more

    Mr ******* while at my home asked me if he could refinish my inground pool, stating he had experience with pools. Mr ******* and team di empty all debris, remove and replaster the in ground pool. As part of the plastering the existing main drain covers were removed and never reinstalled. I was unaware these drains have suction and are an extreme danger when uncovered. The cover still remain off the pool after numerous request and promises to reinstall they are still not done. I agreed to drain the pool in the name of safety so he can complete. He promised but never complied. I only want the job complete nothing more.

    Mr ******* used garbage can to mix the large amounts of plater to refinish the pool. His team mixed too much plaster at the end and left behind a can filled solid with unused hardened pool plaster. I called many times for him to please remove the can and he said he would but never came.

    My wife and I are senior citizens who recently retired here. I am disabled and unable to budge the can. We thought we were hiring a professional and we are shocked at his response after spending so much money as his customer.

    Yesterday june ********* he wrote to hire another contractor to complete the work because he will not respond...He also wrote yesterday that we were trying to scam his business buy complaining to the BBB and said why did I not tell him about his good work he had done. He was angry and called me a FAT F*** I am shocked that a businessman can act this way to a legitimate customer. I only want complete what I paid for nothing more.
