    Pictures were taken on June 8th, and I finally received them on September 11th. I was patient initially, understanding that things happen, but after months passed, I requested a refund. The photographer refused, stating she had already edited the photos and would send them when she felt better. Despite her social media posts seeking new business.After re-engagement she then sent the photos.Unfortunately, the photos included unwanted pictures of myself and my crying son, and her watermark was prominently displayed in the middle. I once again reached out again to remove the watermark and proceeded to ask for her to not use my son for advertisement. She also refused to do that. I have listed photos of the contact below. Although I signed the contract stating she could use my photos for advertisement. She also signed photos would be received in a timely matter of 2-4 weeks which she did not deliver. I will also sent photos of what she advertised of my son and what i received. Some documents would not upload can email more proof if needed.

    During the session with *****, her son (he's 3) was very tired and uncooperative. I explained to her that I would take a many good photos as i could and then offered a re-shoot if she was not happy with the photos I got. After the session, I unfortunately had multiple things happen at the same time, including going to Florida to help my sick mother three times and having Covid. I did stay in touch with ***** and kept her informed on everything that was going on. She requested a refund and I did tell her I couldn't offer that since I had already completed the work. She then requested that I not use any photos from the session for advertisements. Although she signed a model release, I removed any future post about her session. She was upset that I was still posting on Social Media during this time, and I did, however, they are automated posts through a service called Social Pilot. So, I was not physically making the posts at that time. I really do hate that this was the experience she had and I always try to make great experiences for my clients.
