    -New roof from Jisel Perez Construction LLC on 7/30/2020
    -Noticed leaking and informed company 07/2021
    -Company sent employees to fix the problem, had to come back twice because still leaked 07/2021
    -Noticed it was still leaking and contacted the company 07/2021 didn't get response until late 08/2021
    -Company ignored my messages for 2 weeks finally answered saying they would talk with me the next day and did not. Continued to ignore me until end of November. 08/2022-11/2022
    -Was told they were going to stop by to install part on 11/23/2022, never heard from them again until 1/26/2023 and was then ignored again for another week.
    -Received the boss's number on 1/30/2023
    -Worker came and put the wrong vent on 2/13/2023
    -The boss said they are looking for the proper vent 2/27/2023
    -Reached out 4 times before getting a response on 6/09/2023
    -We lost service talking on the phone on 6/9/2023, so I have sent 4 messages and have gotten no reply in the last week.

    I now have water marks showing on the ceiling in my kitchen because of a leak. The roof was brand new in 2020 and has had problems ever since.
