    I was using Ibra Mathis and tried numerous times to call him to make a repair at this particular property. Since I was unable to reach Mr. Mathis, I reached out to Traditional Comfort, LLC. They promptly started the job however being that I have numerous rental properties and keeping the AC's running is a big part of the job I have learned a lot about AC units. Over the 18 years in the business I have completed numerous task not limited to the following: reinstalled the copper lines that were stolen out of a two story home, learned there is a cut off switch on the air handler and it can get tripped at times, how to add Freon, replacing heating strips, capacitors, removal and installation of an AC / Heater on the roof, etc, With each repair my knowledge has increased over the years.

    The unit in question was on the roof of the rental home. The AC was working perfect until the heating elements were replaced. Mr. Pearson tried to say inflation caused the repair and cost of the item to be so high when Syris, my technician in Charlotte has not price gouged any of his work. He is consistent, fair, and very professional. My first concern was how blatantly two of the employees bad mouthed Mr. Mathis. He can perform the same job at 1/3 or 1/4 of the cost of Traditional Comfort. Second concern was how they told me right at the get go that I needed a new unit. Their validation for that was that the sun had faded the information on the unit. How could two other companies identify the type of unit and Traditional Comfort could not. So the heating elements got replaced and we were fine for about a month until it started getting hot. Now keep in mind the AC was working perfectly and it was only the heat that was not. After being ripped off I asked for 3 different AC technicians to check the unit to see why the AC was not working. On the plug of the compressor the metal inside had been taken out of the plug therefore sabotaging the AC unit.
