    BEWARE!!!!!!! FYI...Don't use 1st Choice Quality Heating and Air. They installed a new unit 2 years ago and already problems. The installation was done so poorly that there is already a freon leak. I called and tried to allow them to repair their poor workmanship to no avail. You can see where it's been leaking and they said they only stand behind the work for 1 year...what kind of crap is this...your 1st choice should never be 1st Choice Quality Heating and Air!!

    Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any frustration you experienced and want to clarify a few points. Our installations come with a one-year warranty, managed by the warranty company, not us. When we discussed this issue with you, we assured you we could resolve it for a fee, as the one-year period had passed.
    Given that the issue occurred after a year, it might not be due to our installation but could result from natural causes or other interference. You mentioned another company found a leak in the unit, but we cannot verify their findings or actions.
    We were disheartened to hear that you felt we were trying to take advantage of you. We aim to provide honest and reliable service and would never engage in malicious practices. If you have any further concerns, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
