    I am rejecting because they promised me a refund of the dress I didn’t not receive and I am unable to file a dispute because they have waited too long to tell me to do so meaning I cannot get a refund through my bank. I would’ve filed a dispute sooner but I told they would issue me a refund but now it is too far past that. I have not lied about the dates I have photo evidence of my prom and me stating I wanted the dress 2 ish weeks before in case it needed altered. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. Regardless they got my money, made a dress and sold it to someone else, I never recieved a dress or refund.

    I’ve told this client multiple times to file a dispute with her bank and she’ll receive her refund within days. She continues to be immature and feels the need to take things personally. 

    During the time her dress was to made, my family suffered a miscarriage, which I made her and her friend aware of. They continue to act like the teenagers they are and be rude and lie about the true dates the items were needed. Out of 25 clients this 2024 prom season, they are the only ones I’ve had issues with. 

     

    She was in fact refunded $100 (picture provided). I made her aware that since the materials and supplies were already purchased and the dress was 3/4 made, I am basically coming out of pocket to pay you back. She under no circumstances was understanding in any part of this transaction.
