      Joanna is the goat with these taxes… with my business it’s a lot to keep up ..Short story she looked at past tax returns seen one where I didn’t get all my credits and deductions I was suppose to get .. and they stated I owned them over 5k back.... For about 9 months she had her foot on their backs sending documentations/ letters and all even writing them explaining there mistakes . Fast forward I got my letter today Refund on the way…

      I have been a satisfied customer since 2020. The owner has done a phenomenal job obtaining lost tax money I had due to previous tax professionals who did not make sure I received all the funds owed to me by the IRS. She offers consultations and education courses that have empowered me to feel more confident when it comes to W2/W4s and tax time. I have a family, had a business for a short time, went from renting to owning my first house and the list goes on.       I was treated with great care and integrity. They went over my expectations with tax laws and were very knowledgeable with tax regulations.
