the business charged me alot of $ and i had to go back many times for sloppy or incomplete work, they also charged me 339.00 for a battery charger that comes w the battery for free. I paid a premium to rewire my boat and they never changed the main power cable, the guy said they must have over looked it which is impossible. they re embursed me 500 $ . but i feel that after i found out they deliberately tried to steal 339$ for something that comes w the battery after that im feeling that i have been ripped off. had to go back 3 times for unfinished work and sloppy work and now i have to pay someone to run a new power cable. I paid a premium to re wire the boat . they left the old one and said "i must have over looked it." but i was charged thousands to rewire boat . charging me 339 for the included charger its theft.. they did refund some but so many bad things i feel i have been ripped off and done wrong..

    Business Response

We did everything we possibly could to please this customer, taking all the numerous phone calls, all the text messages of all hours and some were threatening. It was an honest mistake that the cost of the battery charger was not taken off. We refunded him the $339.00 plus additional money for a total refund of $500.00 that was directly wired to his bank acount to make up for the inconvience. We did not deliberately charge him this extra amount and wired him money as soon as we recived his phone call to fix the mistake. We wired his boat for a new motor and were not told to put new battery cables on his boat, we do not do anything to a customers' boat without their knowledge, so that way the customer does not feel as though we are charging them for things that were not discussed prior to us working on their property. We charged this customer the going rate for motor and install. We are sorry that he feels "ripped off and done wrong" but we have done everything humanly possible to make him happy. One of the pictures that he had sent was of a hose clamp and had nothing to do with battery cables, image 9848. Also the customer could not make a decision on what he wanted so we had quoted him a few different batteries and chargers so it was a complete mistake that the charge for $339.00 was still on his invoice.
