    ***** and his team did a wonderful job building my home here in *********. I love my new house and he checked all the boxes. No complaints. He addressed all my concerns.

    I am writing as a representative of our **********************. LSR Builders has had a home under construction in the neighborhood for over 2 years. Work and progress has been very sporatic with long stretches of time where no work has been done. The job site is poorly maintained, with litter and construction materials left out and not cleaned up. The job site is an eye sore and frankly looks abandoned. Several emails from the *** have been written and while this produces some response, the response only lasts for a week before there are again lapses in progress and activity. Repeated requests have been made to clean up the street after rains where gravel and dirt run across the street. There is an overall lack of professionalism, courtesy and consistent indifference to requests and the attitude to the overall community.
