    March 6 (Thursday) I called around 4:30ish to see if this company could replace my computer screen (my WORK and SCHOOL computer) and told them it was urgent, I dropped it off that day AND paid for the services. I was told over the phone that the screen could be ordered that day and would be there March 7th or 8th (Friday or Saturday) and once it came in that it would take about 2 hours to fix. I gave it all weekend and texted on Monday for an update, got no response.... I waiting til Tuesday and texted for an update, got no response. It wasn't until I posted on ******** asking my friends if anyone has dealt with this company and what has happened so far (in no way bashing just wanted feedback). The guy calls me in a panic claiming he hasn't had his phone he was in the hospital all weekend with the flu and is finally getting back to me. I said no big deal when will my computer be done? He said he was headed to his shop it would be done THAT day (March 11th). He asked me to take down my post and I did, I was upset because someone sent him my screenshot instead of just giving feedback and I was already heated about the situation. Not at him (yet) but because it took that for him to respond and the person sending my post. Same day got no update, fine I texted Wednesday asking if my computer was ready, again no response. Again, Thursday I texted asking for an update, got no response. So my husband and I decided to see if he was at his shop. He was there painting and my husband went in there to talk to him to find out what's going on with my computer and he claims someone tried to burn down his shop and going on about bad spirits and my husband told him he didn't care about any of that he wanted to know when the computer would be done. Well, he told my husband it would be done THAT day (March 13th) after he was done painting and showed my husband the computer in pieces. My husband said cool we will wait on a call to be picked up today. We leave, hear nothing.

    My husband called towards the end of March and the man stated that he broke a clip when putting the screen back on and ordered a new one but was waiting for the part to come in and it would be done that Friday. I send him in on April 1, 2025 because we never heard anything, the man gave him my computer back with the original broken screen, so he never switched the screen AND extra damage that he did while in his possession. All he offered was a refund for what I paid for the repair, but the computer has more damage. My issue is NOT resolved. I haven't tried to turn it on yet but I doubt it will cut on.

    took my phone to be repaired. it needed new screen and battery. paid in advance. this business was recommended to me by my ******* associate in Moncks Corner. Paid for services and left my phone, was told it would be ready the next day. that was 6 days ago. no one returns my calls, or my texts. no one is at shop during posted hours. cannot get hold of owner. He gave me some story about ***** being short on delivery drivers and not bringing the parts to him when i went to pick up my phone the day it was supposed to be ready. now he's disappeared with phone and money. Went to *******, since they recommended him and they don't even know how to reach him. i will be contacting the magistrate tomorrow to hopefully get my phone and money back.
