  I would NOT recommend (William) Bill Flooring!!!!!
  His two sons installed hardwood flooring in my master bedroom and left a mess!!!
  Instead of cutting the flooring outside they cut it in the bedroom!!!!! And because they didn’t remove the armoire and bed frame and box springs there were wood chips and saw dust all over the furniture, my box springs, expensive art work, and the armoire. And it was a thick layer of sawdust. They didn’t even shut the bedroom or bathroom doors so the furniture they put in the bathroom and everything else in the bathroom was covered in sawdust! Also the hallway going out of the bedroom into the hallway where rugs were; all covered in sawdust!!! They walked on top of the night stands and dresser they put in the bathroom to get to the toilet and didn’t even put the toilet lid back down! They wanted to put the mattress on top of the filthy box springs that I sleep on and put the large rug and furniture back on top of the sawdust floor! I had them wait while “I” quickly tried to clean up their mess!
  When I contacted Bill about this, his response was it was a construction site and I’ll tell them to do better next time!!! He should have offered to hire a maid to clean up their mess!!!

  As I said after the original concerns you expressed, I am sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. If you responded to my message, we most likely would have come to an agreeable solution, just like when you requested additional work to be done without charge in the middle of the project which I did for you. But you did not respond back to me, instead taking this route and robbing us of a chance to address your concerns.
  I won’t get too far into the weeds with the response, but we do all of our floor cutting outside. But yes, dust will result from moving heavy furniture that hasn’t been cleaned behind, dated carpet that has trapped years worth of sand and the undercutting of doorway trim so we can give you a clean look when flooring is installed. Your furniture was safely secluded in the master bath and your mattress in the kitchen. We did the best we could in the small space to reduce dust, but unfortunately cannot contain every last bit.
  We go above and beyond most crews to make the install experience the best possible, as you can see from a page that has been absent of complaints until today. Yet, I do regret your dissatisfaction and wish you continued the communication a month ago when we finished the work.
