    May 2021 I began using this company to due my biannual maintenance on my HVAC. Last month I decided to use a different company, and this company was SHOCKED when they learned that I had been regularly maintaining my unit; they stated it looked like it hadn’t been touched/cleaned in a while; it was also lacking 3 lbs of coolant that I had to have replaced at $100 a pound. In the last month, I’ve emailed them 2x to give them the opportunity to make it right, but I have not heard back. I would like to be refunded the maintenance fee for services charged 5/2021, 2/2022, 8/2022, 3/2023. I have all invoices, the invoice from the company that discovered the lack of maintenance, and pictures taken from the company showing the shape my unit was in before they serviced it. I also have the emails that I sent Commercial and Residential trying to resolve the issue.
