Date of transaction 12/13/2022 at approx 5:00 pm - Nail Services- Three Gel Manicures WITHOUT artificial nails!- amount TAKEN from my debit card/bank account 130 dollars- amount shown on screen when I inserted my card- 95 dollars!!! Technician was asked not to cut my nails down, just to “shape them” slightly with a manual file. Instruments were pulled from a drawer at her station, not an autoclave- she used a rotary file which was extremely hot on my nails and actually burned me. When I asked her to stop she ignored me. I finally had to pull my hand away to get her to stop. She then used cuticle cutters on my nail beds and my fingers were being cut and were bleeding- she filed them down into the quick!!! I asked her specifically SEVEN times to stop which my daughters witnessed! The color she applied to my now butchered nails was not at all what I asked for and she was extremely rude to me the entire time!!! I stopped the manicure when she continued to hurt my hands and never apologized or followed direction when o asked her repeatedly to stop! My daughter asked for a dark lavender gel color and was completely ignored by her technician and received bubble gum pink- not at all what she asked for and when she said something he kept painting and ignored her. When I went to check out I was asked if there was a problem and showed the person my nails that were still bleeding and filed into the quick and crooked! He said he was not going to charge me for my manicure since I wasn’t happy. He ignored my complaint about my 12 year old daughter’s polish being wrong. He never apologized for my treatment! He told me a price of 95 dollars for two gel manicures and 95 dollars was showing on the screen however when I put my debit card into his machine and it started processing 150 dollars popped up on the screen- when I questioned him he spoke in a different language and changed it to 130 and ran the transaction even though I repeatedly said, “that is not what we agreed on!”
